For those of you, whether you're large or small, that have been around for awhile, what would be your ideal size company? What size did you feel was the most productive and you made the most amount of income? I'm mostly talking about residential work. Like did you prefer working by yourself or having someone else with you? Adding more people to work for you? Etc. Try to pan out for the future, as to see what would be the best way to go about this business.

I'd prefer a lot of workers and managers and so that everything is in place, I pretty much don't need to do much work except keep track of things

Having a friend and me is enough for us, sometimes it's just me and it doesn't really bother me to know that I'm getting some work done, I am looking forward to working with more people though
