So, we are doing a bid here, and it is about $20k per cleaning, once, possible twice a year. I am a little hesitant because of the size and this is definitely the largest job we've ever look into. I know we could do it because we have a big enough staff and plenty of equipment but I don't know if I am ready? Since I've never done a job this large, it's kind of scaring me but I'm confident at the same time. Words of advice?

Even the biggest jobs can be cut into smaller pieces and become small jobs, as long as you get into the job with that mindset it shouldn't seem like a really hard job. I've had some experience about it and it's really easy once you get to the job

Well I surely would be scared, biggest job I've had was doing something small in the neighborhood, well comparably small to your biggest jobs. Though I'd always love to take a challenge so I'd do it. Good luck!

Shawn does have a point, I just get a bunch of workers and plan out everything and it's just doing the same jobs but just in a larger scale by cutting them down to smaller ones

Don't worry, if you just continue with your business I'm sure you'll do just fine and do some more comparable jobs, just promote your business and take advices that you found on the forum here

I do big medical facilities, break the work up into sections and price accordingly with a pay On completion agreement. Nothing bums you out more than having to work 2 or more months straight on a hive job before you get paid. I do each area separately so I'm constantly turning in invoices and getting paid regularly.
