Pros would be you can save time and make money faster. Cons are for real dirty windows you don't get as good results compared to the traditional way imo

You can get to higher and harder to reach windows without the danger associated with ladders. French windows can go very quickly compared to other methods if done correctly with pure water. I suggest a combination of both traditional and pure water (wfp) depending on what you feel is best for each specific situation.

If your not getting results first clean then ask yourself why aren't I??
It's normally down to two reasons Agitation and Water flow.
Agitation can be easily increased and decreased with the right selection of brush head. For example a "normal" dual trim head has about 12.000 bristles and is ideal for regular cleaning. For those dirty jobs start with a flocked or flagged bristle brush with has around 200,000 bristles and therefore can increase agitator ion and break down dirt quicker. After removing most of the dirt switch back to a Dual Trim and finish. Quick and easy.

Pure water flow is also key at certain stages of this clean. Standard good even flow is required when washing the windows and approximately double the flow when rinsing.
We utilise a pump controller to help set the parameters of flow and a remote control key fob to activate each flow when required to simplify the flow selection at source.

I think the main benefit of using a WFP over traditional methods is how well the frames come out. It's faster to pole traditionally or ladder if you're not trying to clean the frames, but for a better, and more efficient overall job, WFP is better for higher windows.

The water fed poles are streak free as long as you make sure to clean the frames well on your initial pass. Otherwise, the frames, which are dirty, will cause dirty water to drip onto windows. WFPs are ideal for buildings that are all glass.

Some jobs you're better off to do with WFP, but others traditional is more logical, so you need to quickly evaluate each job and decide which method will work best.

Commercial cleaning products contribute greatly to indoor air pollution. Now a days people mostly prefer to go with pure rinse water cleaning for doors and windows as well as it use to clean hardwood floor which is safe for kids who spend a lot of time on the floor.
