Sole Propietor or LLC?

    I run a one man show so I have been a sole propietor from the beginning. I have read sole propietor and LLC have little to no difference but if your LLC and you get sued they can only go after your business not you personally such as houses,cars exc.

    Having employees its safer long term to run LLC. In my case having a smaller operation you don't need additional expenses that go along with being LLC. Honestly being a window cleaner how much damage can you really cause? Obviously if your doing highrise work that's a whole other story but if your doing small commercial and residential I don't stress it. That's why I love my water fed pole I hardly ever have to pull out the ladder. :D
