What do you guys like to use for your scratch removal process? Do you get calls specifically for this job or does it start off as a window cleaning job and then you upsell on the scratch removal?

My favourite technique is using cerium oxide powder. You simply mix it with water until you have this dense slurry and you just have to rub it in to the damaged glass. I prefer using a drill at this point because it evens out the glass and you are less likely to break or scratch the glass even further. The good thing about this mix is that if you have any slurry left over you can just dry it out and use it at a later date. I really hope this helps.

Well this is a helpful thread and that advice with using cerium oxide powder is pretty good. Thanks Shawn for that, I knew I've been lacking something
