I had a job last week and the client just called up today to tell me that we had broke a string on his window, that I KNOW we didn't know but I didn't want to argue about it. Regardless I'm going to go take a look at it. Can the strings be repaired on newer style double hung windows? I don't remember the type of window nor have picture though, sorry... but any answers to how to fix this?
