Question about licensing

    I'm confused about licensing. Any help would be appreciated. I am about to get insured, and I don't really need bonding until I hire, but regarding licensing:

    I'm not sure if/what licensing is required in Virginia. I know there is no federal one, but where should I look to find out if I need to get a license to be legal in my city/state? Would it be a specific WC'ing license, or just a general service license. Do you have to be licensed in just the city you are based in, or every city you work in?

    I appreciate any feedback, especially from any Virginia folks!
