How much do you guys charge storefronts? I have read anywhere from $1 per pane to $3 per pane.

I can honestly say pricing storefront now I don't even count the windows. We are suppose to shoot for $1 min so if saw a place that I could do in 20 minutes I tell them $20. You also have to factor the frequency too.

Our markets the same, but generally $1 a pane is cost. A lot of big companies will bid little top windows for less, like 25-50 cents. It's crazy how cheap it is. My old boss said he was getting the same per window in the '80s as he does now.

Generally here you might get $2 per, in and out. Anything more and these newer start-ups that pay their guys like $8/hour will undercut you before you know what hit. I usually charge $1 to $1.50 as that is more likely to fit into a budget. I can't believe how cheap some of these guys will do windows for. If I wanted to make minimum wage there are plenty of burgers to flip in the cool a/c.
