I've noticed some of you really wouldn't let a customer go and would try to satisfy them though I'm here to tell you that sometimes you have to do it. Imagine you let that customer go because of another customer, that customer would put more value in your services because their feel more valuable themselves if you did that. Though all this does not apply if you are just beginning the business, what do you guys think?

Sometimes it must be done but judiciously.

Not only should you let one customer go. I'm a believer that you should cut out the bottom 10% least profitable customers each year. That is, only if you market to replace and still grow.
