Help on local restaurant bid

    Just looked at a local restaurant building that has about 40 4' by 5' windows and 6 doors. They said they already have someone else doing them outside once a week inside/outside once per month, but they are open to another bid. What would you bid on a job like this? I am kind of confused right now about pricing cause there seems to be so many variables on what do discuss. Charge them by the amount of windows or by the house? They didn't give me what the other guy they had was charging so that kind of sucks but whatever, hopefully they like my bid instead once I find out what to bid on.
