flat rate pricing

    Anyone do flat rate pricing? I just ran across a local guy who does flat rate pricing and it crossed my mind. With all the different style homes around here, I couldn't imagine doing this because I feel like it would hurt me in the long run. It would sure cut back on time doing estimates, that's for sure!

    If you do, how long have you been doing flat rate pricing, and how well does it work for you compared to other pricing options?

    we charge by the hour $75 for 2 guys with a minum charge of $150. People are more then willing to get it done for that.
