How much extra do you charge for construction cleanup? I was going to bid on this new restaurant in our area but there is alot of debri and paint on the windows.

We charge at least $10 extra for every window that needs to be scraped but its usually easier to bid hourly. You could estimate time times your hourly rate, then round up some based how sure you are on time.

For windows with dust and plaster from new construction you can throw a tablespoon or two of ammonia in your water to clean easier.
