    To get commercial work what should a cleaner do. Do you canvass in the residential area. What are the processes in terms of speaking key decision makers and sealing the deal? Among some activities like cold calling, cold letters/e-mails, flyers etc, which one is suitable? o_O

    To get commercial work you have to promote your business well. canvassing, cold calling, emails, cold latter and flyers is helpful for promoting business.

    I agree with mike. There are many ways to get commercial work. if you want to get commercial work you have to be commercial first.

    Well any one of those methods could work, it's not that difficult if you get the hang of it. Just try out different methods to see which one would work in your situation and then you'll see for yourself with the experiments to which you should choose. Then after that it will pretty fine.
