I need advice on how to handle this situation. I was cleaning windows at a client's house and she came to tell me that she had just backed her car, a really nice one by the way, into my van. It did very little damage to my 18 year old van and I would normally not worry about, but she is insistent that I get it fixed with her money since it was completely her fault and it is the second service provider that she has done this to. My concerns are that this is my busy time and I'm not sure how long fixing it will take or how much it will cost. I just want to keep a good relationship with my client. What would you do in a situation like this? Thanks for any inputs!

take it to the repair shop, get an estimate, take the money and repair at you leisure
