Cleaning convenience store cooler doors

    So, I am looking for opinions on cleaning window glass for cooler doors at a convenience store. The owner knows I clean windows, so asked me to give it a shot. He'd like to have the doors taken off, plastic temporarily put in place of the 1 door at a time procedure...which we can do, but also wants the double pane door taken apart so the inside can be cleaned. The problem I have is that the seal may be ruined if we do so. Any ideas of what to do?
