    12ft unger extension pole
    18inch scrubbing brush

    12inch unger squeegee
    home depot bucket
    Some micro-fiber rags

I wasnt able to get a scraper but is this a good start?

Get yourself a Bronze Wool pad as part of your armor. Saves time on so many occasions, you'll never be without ever again.

Not a bad start. I would look into getting a ettore back flip. This will save you time instead of swapping back and forth with brush and squeegee.

I personally like Sorbo for 18" and 24" squeegees, and Ettore for any thing smaller. You might want to get a few more squeegee channels eventually, like a 6" and 24 ". And a 10" applicator might come in handy for smaller windows, especially if you wanna do resi.

I always use cheap terry cloth or mechanics rags that come in bulk. They work the better and are cheer than the fancy rags.
