Nice. If you don't mind, I would like some advice on cleaning windows like the ones above the door in the 2nd picture. I was having some difficulties with it in the past especially when the roof isn't sound. So do you clean the outside from the inside or risk stepping on the roof, also what do you do when you can't step on there without breaking it?

I think it's always a bad idea to try to step on the overhang of the front door. You just never know how sturdy that is.

"overhang" that was the word I was looking for. Thank you very much.

And yeah that's my point! But then again if I just take my ladder and lean it on the overhang I risk breaking it especially if there is a gutter in the way. I have a pretty high step ladder that I use in some if these situations but there are times when I just can't reach the window because it's just too far away. Once or twice the window above the door (which was obviously not cleaned in years by the looks of it.) was not only out of my reach but also the roof was made out of some thin plastic material that could have been broken if I glared at it hard enough. I've got a crazy idea of taking a large 2 by 4 I found lying around and putting it in between another window and my step ladder. (Almost got a heart attack a few times when I got close to falling o_O) And somehow it payed of because the window was looking pretty well after 20 min... It wasn't even a large window I was just super scared not to fall.

Do you have any idea on how would I have solved this conundrum differently? I need tips if it happens again.

I've had to learn that the hard away, apart from those windows it's good looking place though seems a bit tricky though good job on getting the job. Keep going strong!
